Year 9 climate and sustainability workshops and Chester Zoo visit
The students learnt about the importance of sustainability and the impact urbanisation can have upon our environment. Students also learnt about palm oil and how damaging it is to the Indonesian rainforest and the species that live there.
Following the workshops, we visited to Chester Zoo to learn more about endangered species, such as Orangutans and Jaguars.
